IT training and documentation department

The IT Training and Documentation Department is the point of contact at Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences Berlin for the digital empowerment of administrative staff. It supports employees in using digital systems and applications securely, confidently and reflectively in the university context.

One focus is on the development and provision of practical self-study courses on topics such as IT basics, information security, data protection and the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) in everyday working life. In addition, software-related workflows are prepared in an understandable way and supported by training courses, guidelines and multimedia materials.

The aim is to facilitate access to knowledge through easy-to-understand documentation and centrally available reference works, thereby making a sustainable contribution to digital skills development at the university.

Members of ASH Berlin can find the self-learning offers and guides on the intranet under the heading "alice lernt".
