Process and quality management

The Process and Quality Management (PQM) department works closely with all those involved to design processes in such a way that the high quality of all ASH Berlin services is ensured and promoted. It works towards the professional documentation of processes and their systematic improvement. In this way, it aims to help create a supportive learning and working environment: for students, lecturers, researchers and staff as well as for cooperation with our partner institutions from the fields of practice, higher education, politics, administration and (civil) society.

In order to make ASH Berlin a role model for successful process organization, the PQM team is committed to ensuring that all relevant processes are designed in such a way that they are

  • are transparent and user-friendly,

  • function smoothly and

  • lead to high-quality results.

Together with all members of the university, a process-oriented quality management system is being established that facilitates collaboration, promotes digitalization, releases energy and contributes to the satisfaction of all those involved.
