International, Study ASH Berlin signs cooperation agreement with Kangnam University in South Korea

The student exchange is possible from the summer semester 2026. Interested students can apply now until 31.07.2025.

ASH Berlin has a new partner university since Monday: Kangnam University in South Korea. On May 12, the President of the Korean university, Prof. Dr. Shin-Il Yoon, visited the Alice Salomon Hochschule Berlin together with a delegation. During this visit, the cooperation agreement was signed by President Prof. Dr. Bettina Völter and her counterpart from South Korea.

Kangnam University is a renowned university with a focus on social welfare and information and communications technology(ICT). The innovative combination of social work with digital technologies, for example in the field of digital health applications or smart social services, is particularly exciting. Students can expect a wide range of courses with an international focus and practice-oriented teaching formats, with courses in English in social work.

Student exchanges will be possible for the first time from summer semester 2026. Applications can be submitted to the International Office outside of the regular deadlines from now until 31.07.2025 .
