On July 8, 2025, the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency presented the results of the research project "Implementing company complaints offices in accordance with Section 13 AGG. Practical examples and practical approaches". Among the 18 nationwide examples of AGG complaints offices that have been implemented in an exemplary manner in important areas is the Anti-Discrimination Complaints Office at ASH Berlin. The aim of the study carried out by IMAP GmbH was to examine the status quo regarding the implementation of AGG complaints offices and to highlight practical approaches by presenting examples of good practice.

In particular, the possibilities at ASH Berlin to submit complaints anonymously as well as the implementation of immediate measures were highlighted as exemplary by the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency.
