French and German students are starting the EEE4all module together. Over the next few weeks, they will be working in online seminars on the topic of Employability for all.

On November 17, 2023, Prof. Dr. Elke Kraus and Prof. Dr. Heinz Stapf-Finé traveled to France together with students of the Master's in Management and Quality Development in the Health Sector for the kick-off of the transnational module EEE4all - Euro-Education: employability for all.

The international Master's project EEE4all at ASH Berlin is a pioneering, interdisciplinary and international module in which students learn to strengthen the employability of people with a migration background or disabilities in the labor market. The two- to three-semester module is part of the Master's degree courses "Practice Research in Social Work and Education" (second semester) and "Management and Quality Development in Healthcare" (third semester). In the EEE4all project module, local partners are recruited, usually institutions or initiatives that are active in the fields of education, work and migration. This enables students to establish their research project in a larger, already established project and provide targeted support. This is done, for example, through evaluations, needs analyses or surveys of participants. This year, the European Institute for Social and Health Research in Berlin is the EEE4all partner with the project "Crisis as an opportunity?".

There is also a partnership with the Bachelor's degree course in Occupational Therapy at the Croix-Rouge Compétence Centre-Val de Loire in France in the first semester. The module in the first semester is compressed into 10 weeks and framed by periods of attendance in the respective countries. This year's kick-off event took place in Tours, in February the French students will visit Berlin, where the annual EEE4all final conference will also take place on February 8, 2024 at ASH Berlin. The international virtual exchange is mainly conducted in English. This international semester also offers the opportunity to be taken as an independent elective module.
