The Alice Salomon Poetry Prize 2025 goes to the Ukrainian artist and writer Yevgenia Belorusets. She works at the interface of art, literature and activism and addresses social grievances in her texts and photographs. The jury of the Alice Salomon Poetry Prize was particularly impressed by Belorusets' "poetic, touching and at the same time vivid depiction of everyday life", which is dedicated to the effects of the war on the civilian population in Ukraine, among other things. Information about the award winner can be found in our press release.
