Abstract:
TransDeBiFo is a research project at ASH Berlin aimed at further developing democratic educational processes and inclusive school and all-day structures. It takes social challenges such as democratic development and educational equity as its starting point. The aim is to systematically combine educational and social work research through transdisciplinary collaboration and to develop practical solutions. A central element is the establishment of a shared research space in which scientists, students, and practice partners work together.
The research takes place in six transdisciplinary workshops and follows four steps: Common questions are developed in co-design, and research is conducted in co-production. Co-evaluation examines accompanying developments in learning, attitudes, and skills before the results are tested in joint transfer to practice and society. Implementation takes place in the modules Research Space, Research Project, and Qualification.
TransDeBiFo establishes a permanent, transdisciplinary, and internationally networked research and qualification space at ASH Berlin and makes a lasting contribution to the development of democracy and inclusive all-day structures.
