The application period for our Master's Program in Intercultural Conflict Management started on October 15, 2024 and ended on May 15, 2025. Update: We are currently only accepting applications for the waiting list. Please submit your documents as soon as possible — they will be processed in the order they are received.
Application Procedure
Thank you for your interest in our program Master of Arts in Intercultural Conflict Management (MA-ICM).
Visa candidates should note for their time of application that processing a required student visa application at the German authorities and embassies usually takes three months or longer.
Application
The application for the Master's program consists of two steps:
First step: Please fill out the online application form below.
Second step: Please submit the requested documents as one single pdf-file and in the requested order via e-mail to: icm@ ash-berlin.eu

Applicants with the following nationalities do not need a visa to enter Germany and/or, if necessary, can process the student visa permit upon arrival:
EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Non-EU: Andorra, Australia, Brazil, Canada, El Salvador, Honduras, Israel, Japan, South Korea, San Marino, Switzerland, USA, New Zealand, UK (inform yourself about the current situation after Brexit)
Citizens of Andorra, Brazil, El Salvador, Honduras, Monaco and San Marino do not need an entry visa, if they do not intend to take up gainful employment prior to and after studying. However all non-EU students should check if you need a blocked bank account!
