All students at ASH Berlin have access to an ASH email account and email address.

You can access your mailbox after changing your default password in the Electronic enrolment system to a password of your choice.

Use the ASH Webmail (Roundcube) as your email program.

The login for the mail program is the same as your ASH login, e.g., your login for the Electronic enrolment system, Moodle, ticket system, etc.

If you would like to use forwarding to your personal mailbox, you can set this up in the ASH Webmail.

For first-semester students:

Please follow these steps to access your ASH email account:

1. At the beginning of your first semester, you will receive an email notification informing you that your email account has been created. Then change your password in the electronic enrolment system.

2. Go to the website of our email program ASH Webmail and log in with your new password and your ASH login name.

Your ASH Webmailer login:

Username: matriculation number, padded with leading zeros to 8 digits, following the pattern 00012345 (WITHOUT the email address ending, i.e., WITHOUT @ash-berlin.eu!)

Password: Your self-set password

Your login for the mail program corresponds to your ASH login, i.e., your login for the Electronic enrolment system, Moodle, ticket system, etc.

Your ASH email address:

Sample email address: < matriculation number padded with leading zeros to 8 digits>@ash-berlin.eu.

Example: 00012345@ash-berlin.eu (matriculation number 12345)
