Sociocultural grant
ASH Berlin maintains more than 100 cooperation agreements with partner universities worldwide. When guests from these universities and other cooperating institutions visit, expenses incurred can be supported and funded with the help of the so-called socio-cultural grant.
Official meetings between ASH members (students, teaching staff, International Office) and international guests from partner institutions are particularly encouraged.
According to guidelines (German), the maximum amount is 50 euros per person for groups of up to 8 people, i.e. a maximum of €400. The funds can be used, for example, for hospitality, theater/concert visits together with ASH members, etc.
Important: The possibility of reimbursement can be requested in advance from the household. The amount will be paid out afterwards on the basis of receipts.
