Abstract:
Project goals
The aim of the evaluation is to measure the effectiveness of the action programme activities for the master plan "work and vocational training for all adolescents in Marzahn-Hellersdorf 2016," and to give confirmation about possibilities and forms of improvement.

Worksteps
To this end, an analysis of the structures and processes of the action programme is to be conducted. Comparison between input and output will be drawn, and examination of levels of awareness and satisfaction in the target group will be assessed. At the same time, existing documents are to be analysed, interviews with experts are planned and random surveys conducted among the target group.

(Expected) results
The outcome of the research is going to be published in an extensive research report. In addition, the results will be published in a brochure which will inform not only professionals but also the target group. The results of the research are going to be presented to all participants and discussed in two presentations.
