With a mix of inputs, reflection phases and interactive case discussions, we will approach these topics and discuss together what they have to do with us, how we can deal with them and position ourselves against anti-Semitism and racism in youth work.
We will address the following questions in particular:
What subcategories are there? What are the differences, similarities and interactions?
What does this have to do with child and youth work and what does it do to those affected?
Finally, we look at our (future) institutions and consider what we can make our task in the medium and long term: Organizational development that is critical of discrimination as a permanent task of youth work!
