Last semester, the Quality Management and Development in Studies and Teaching (QME SuL) department and the Process and Quality Management (PQM) staff unit were newly established at ASH Berlin. In close cooperation and with the involvement of all members of the university, both departments are developing an Integrated Quality Management (IQM) for ASH Berlin.

The development of quality management can only succeed through the joint participation of all university members and their diverse perspectives and expertise.

We would like to discuss this with all members of the university before the summer break at the

Interactive information event - Talking together about integrated quality management

on 21.07., 13-15 o'clock in the Audimax.

 

Update & exchange are planned on the following questions, among others:

  • What goals & tasks are associated with the establishment of integrated quality management?
  • Where do QME SuL and PQM currently stand and how do they contribute to integrated quality management together with you?
  • What are the benefits of integrated quality management for us as members of the university and as a university?
  • What ideas do you have for integrated quality management?
  • What is important for our communication and cooperation so that the development of integrated quality management is successful?
