The ASH Berlin Anti-Discrimination Commission is currently working on the creation of a code of conduct and guidelines that should contribute to respectful, open, fair and reliable interaction with one another at the university.
It is of great importance that as many perspectives and experiences of university members as possible are incorporated into this work. We therefore invite you to think together about which topics are particularly important for an ASH Code of Conduct. We would also like to discuss ideas for a suitable format for this document.
No preparation is necessary - your experiences at ASH Berlin and in general will suffice. We have come up with a discussion method to bring together as many different perspectives as possible in this time frame.
A short RSVP to participate in the World Café is helpful for planning, but you can also just drop by on the day. All are welcome!
