Strengths instead of deficits: The method makes successes visible and uses them to develop concrete steps for the future - in four phases:
- Discover: Sharing success stories
- Dreaming: Designing the future
- Design: Developing ideas
- Implement: Planning measures
What's special:
Appreciative inquiry is equally effective in professional and private contexts. It strengthens communication, cooperation and networks - whether in organizations, districts or initiatives.
In addition to the professional impulse, the method is tested in practice in small groups and the experience is then reflected on in plenary sessions.
