Abstract:
In this project we develop and test structured measures to support transition, familiarisation and integration of international medical graduates into German rehabilitation clinics. It is considered a follow-up project of the study "International Medical Graduates - Integration in German Rehabiltation Clinics (ÄiM-R)" and will transfer its results into the lived practice.
In a participatory process with the cooperating clinics we will select the measures, that will be developed, test them in the clinics and improve them together with the target group. Results will be usable instruments for international physicians and teams.
