The project "Positioned and visible - ASH Berlin's protection concept for dealing with sexualized discrimination and violence and anti-feminist attacks" has been implemented at ASH Berlin since November 2022. The concept, which has now been published, provides an insight into definitions of terms, legal principles and structural prevention and protection measures that have been implemented at ASH Berlin.
The protection concept offers all members of the university guidance on how to deal with (sexualized) discrimination and violence in the university context. Those affected are shown transparent contact persons and procedures.
The event provides an insight into the development of the protection concept, presents the accompanying documents that have been developed and offers a space for further exchange on the topic. Short impulses from the Presidential Board, the decentralized Women's* and Equal Opportunities Officer of Faculty 1, a student representative from Faculty 2 and the network gemeinsam_sichtbar_werden will show what effects the protection concept has on the university.
